PANCAKE DAY - 23rd FEB

Pancake Day is traditionally on Shrove tues, this year being next tuesday. BUT seeing as though we're around campus on Market day THIS Thursday, we thought that would be a goer! (OUTSIDE THE UNI-BAR)

Pancake Day marks the end of ordinary time after xmas, and the beginning of LENT. Traditionally pancakes were made becuase big celebrations were held to use up those luxury items like milk, butter, & eggs (yes real luxurious!) before the reflective, solem and devotional season of Lent.

So stop by give us a hand, raise some $ for a great cause (UnitingCare) and enjoy a pancake or 12!
